Celebrate the “World’s Largest Coffee Break” at Linden Hills Co-op Saturday, May 9; between 8 and 11 am, the co-op is offering free cups of Fair Trade coffee courtesy of Equal Exchange—a worker-owned cooperative that supplies the co-op with Fair Trade coffee, tea, chocolate, cocoa, and snacks. Breakfast at the Co-op, then Bike or Walk to Work with thousands of Twin Citians on Thursday May 14; Linden Hills Co-op will start you off with free breakfast treats. Join members of the co-op’s Bike Walk Week team in the community courtyard between 7 and 9 am for complimentary Fair Trade coffee, juice, fruit and cereal.
