Our pies are handmade from scratch by our baker, Adam Wolff, formerly of The Birchwood Cafe. Adam uses the highest quality ingredients in his baked goods including Schultz organic eggs (Owatonna, MN) and Ivy Farms heavy cream (Hastings, MN). Our selection rotates among blueberry, peach, apple, pecan, pumpkin, Key lime and chocolate velvet.

Christine Wheeler is not a native Minnesotan, but it is clear that life in the “Land of 10,000 Lakes” agrees with her. Big life milestones began happening for her, in this state, in the early 1990’s.
“I was doing a marketing internship at General Mills between my two years at Wharton business school.
Our new store space has given us the exciting opportunity to expand our product selection. Recently we brought in select adult men’s and women’s shirt options from Locally Grown Clothing Company, Maggie’s Organics, Yala Designs and local company Be Simple Apparel. We’re so excited to provide eco-conscious clothing options to children and adults!
As noted in our Annual Report, your co-op’s board of directors is happy to declare a patronage refund for the fourth year in a row. This year, $51, 723.30 will be refunded to our member-owners via a combination of vouchers and stock.
